Exclusive Sponsorship Opportunities
The chapter offers several exclusive sponsorship opportunities that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Platinum Sponsor (Conference Welcome Happy Hour), Live & On-Demand Webcast Sponsor, and Conference Name Tag & Lanyard Sponsor are each limited to one sponsor per conference. We typically host two chapter conferences each year.
Platinum Sponsor – $10,000
Conference Welcome Happy Hour Sponsor
Exclusive Sponsorship – Limited to one sponsor per conference
As the exclusive Platinum Sponsor of the Welcome Happy Hour, your organization will receive premier visibility before and throughout the conference.

Sponsor is responsible for the design, production, and timely delivery of lanyards and/or name badge materials for conference attendees in accordance with chapter specifications and deadlines.

General Sponsorship Guidelines
- Unless otherwise specified, sponsors are responsible for the design, production, and timely delivery of all promotional materials, signage, advertisements, giveaways, and other branded items associated with their sponsorship.
- All sponsor materials are subject to chapter approval and must comply with chapter specifications and submission deadlines.
- Sponsors are responsible for all costs associated with the production and delivery of their promotional materials and will need to liaise directly with the conference venue for delivery.
- The conference venue will provide a standard display table.
- Set-up times will be provided no earlier than 2 weeks before the conference event.
